Contact forms

When you send an enrollment inquiry through the form on our site, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, your child's age, and your message. We use it only to reply to you about care for your child. The message is delivered to our email inbox and is kept there for as long as we need it to answer you and follow up; you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Our site does not set cookies of its own. Cookies may be set by the analytics service described below.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy.

How long we retain your data

Inquiry emails are kept in our inbox for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a record of enrollment interest, after which they are deleted. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics according to its default settings (currently up to 14 months for user-level data).

What rights you have over your data

If you have sent us an inquiry, you can request to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Where your data is sent

Form submissions and analytics data are processed on servers operated by Cloudflare and Google, which may be located outside the state or country you are in.

Children's privacy

Our website is intended for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. Information about children that families share with us during enrollment is collected in person or by email, not through this website, and is handled according to California child care licensing requirements.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
